Resetting Forgotten Passwords For MFA Login (Trusted Advisors)

This process applies to worksite trusted advisors who use MFA when resetting a forgotten password.

Click Forgot your password? in the login form.

Enter your Username and click Continue. The system sends two messages: a link to a form, and the authorization code itself.

Click the link in the email to access the User Registration & Password Reset form.

Enter [the] Security Code received in the second email. Manually type in the code to avoid copy and paste mistakes.

Enter the New Password and Confirm New Password.

Click Continue.

If there are any issues with the password, the system displays a message to try again.

Once the password is successfully reset, the system returns to the login screen where you can log in with the new password.
