Maintaining EEO Position Group Codes

Use the EEO Position Groups form to maintain the employee position groups that can appear in the EEO-1 reporting file.

To maintain EEO position group codes:

1. Click the Back Office menu and select EEO Position Groups from the System|Change menu.
2. Complete the following fields:

Field Description
Group Code Enter or select a position Group Code. If you are creating a new group, use something brief but descriptive. For example: EXEC or LABOR.
Description Enter a Description of the position group, such as Executive or Laborer.
EEO Class Enter or select the EEO Class associated with this EEO position group. These are defined on the EEO Class Codes form.

3. Click Save.
