Post/Review Failure The employee's enrollment is in a batch, but has either not passed review or failed to post.
OE Eligible

Employees included in this status are eligible for open enrollment. OE eligibility is determined as follows:

Benefits Enrollment Enabled must be selected in the Global Configuration form.
If the client restricts eligible benefit plans (by Department, Benefit Group, Division, or Location) using the Eligible Benefits Determinant in Client Details, the system checks list of Eligible Benefits at the restriction level to see if the benefit plans are active and the employee is OE eligible. If no list of Eligible Benefits is entered at the restriction level, the system excludes the employee's benefit group and the employee is not OE eligible.
If the client lists the employee's status as eligible in the Benefits Enrollment Eligibility Criteria panel in the Client Details form, the employee is OE eligible. If the client has not listed eligible statuses in this panel, the system excludes terminated employees from being OE eligible. Employees who are not terminated are OE eligible.
If the client lists the employee's type as eligible in the Benefits Enrollment Eligibility Criteria panel in the Client Details form, the employee is OE eligible. If the client has not listed eligible types in this panel, the employee's type must have Eligible For On-line Benefit Enrollment selected at the system-level in Employee Types for the employee to be OE eligible.
