Creating the 1095-C Report Download

Use the 1095-C Report Download form to generate a PDF of Form 1095-C for employees within a specific client or for employees for all clients that you can access.

Note:  Client Access Group security is enabled on this form.

To access this form, on the Work Centers under Compliance, click ACA Processing. Under ACA Reporting, click 1095-C Report Download.

To download the ACA 1095C Report:

1. Complete the following fields:

Field Name

Description

Tax Year

Select the appropriate tax year.

From Employee ID

This field is optional. If you want to run this report for a set of employees, enter the first Employee ID here.

To Employee ID

This field is optional. If you want to run this report for a set of employees, enter the last Employee ID here.

Mask SSN

This field is optional. Select this option if you want to mask the Social Security number of the employees in the output.

2. Click Run to generate the report for the selected tax year.
You can generate Form 1095-C PDFs for a maximum of 50,000 employees for a client.
Once the job is completed, you will receive an email stating 1095C Download for <application> by <user ID> initialized at <time date> was Completed at <time date>. Process completed. You need to use the Transfer Downloads File to PC form to download this zip file.
The zip file will contain the PDF files in the format COMPANYID.YEAR.EMPLOYEEID.f1095c.pdf.
From the 2025 January monthly release, the zip file containing the Form 1095-C PDFs will be downloaded to your system from the main form. Depending on the number of employee records being processed, this can take a while. However, you can continue with your work while this process works in the background. For example, if you are processing records for about 40,000 employees, it can take about two hours.
3. Click Clear to clear this form at any time.
